Process Instrumentation for Construction Engineer

Process Instrumentation for Construction Engineer

Course Objective

HSE Course is mandatory for all Discipline Engineer (Instrumentation, process, Mechanical & Electrical) & Designers. Every individual shall have knowledge to implement during facilities operation, Designing, Construction, and Commissioning, Maintenances activities in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power generation, water desalination plants and chemical industries. During day-day activities all disciplines Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians Should hold Work Permit authority and every candidate shall have fire & Safety protection system, Hazardous area classifications, Risks during H2s release, wind routing and assembly point

Objective of the course is to provide professional trainings for personality developments, technical skill development to reduce the gaps in candidate’s experiences, which shall support for better job opportunities. National and International Oil & Gas industries rarely except fresh graduates, Employer require candidates with min 2-5 years’ experience from relevant field such as Oil & Gas Industries, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, Water Desalination plants and chemical industries

During the candidates training period we develop candidates to understand the importance of working procedure to implement during ongoing construction projects and day-day activities in oil & gas facilities during Facilities operation, such as process instrumentation calibrations, wiring termination in field junction box , cable glanding, instrument electrical & signal  cable laying procedures and standard, wiring termination in Control room Marshaling cabinets, cable glanding, Earthing procedures, Loop checking, Troubleshooting, Instrument calibration procedures, such as  Pressure transmitter’s, Flow Transmitter, Differential pressure transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Interface Level transmitter, Thermo couple’s, RTD’s, Control Valves calibrations, Single loop, Close loop, Cascade loop checking, Control logics, Cause/Effect, ESD ( Emergency Shutdown Logic), Startup/Shutdown Logic checks

Investing valuable time and money for getting professional trainings will keep you updated as per the latest technology and field exposer s ofBrown field and Greenfield projects, Advance Trainings will play vital role for your bright future and better employment opportunities
